I see now the error of my ways. It’s just not the right tool for the job. I still love Gimp, I’m just not in love with Gimp. A vector graphics program is what I need. I feel stupid in hindsight, not seeing the relationship was all wrong. This new thing I’ve got going on has made life richer. Behold, Inkscape! My next true software love.
